***Art of Forgiveness, Letting go and Allowing***
 
Yesterday’s Yoga class had a theme of Forgiveness, Letting go and releasing our worries to the Universe and allowing Universe to flow through us.
 
Forgiveness :
– Realize that we attract unpleasant situations or people based on our Karma and lessons to learn
– Forgive one person at a time.
– As we forgive, we let go of chords and karmic bonding.
– If we do not forgive, we tend to take birth and face the same scenario again and again till we let go of it
– Similarly we forgive ourselves for giving troubles to others. We are all learning and we make mistakes.
– As we let go of our judgments & past, we are unblocking ourselves
 
Release and Art of Allowing :
 
– During Yoga Nidra, as we relax our body, we release our worries, tensions to the Universe.
– Realizing a greater power is behing us
– Allowing the greater power to work through us, healing and nurturing our body, mind and soul.
 
The validation :
 
– At the end of the meditation as we bless mother Earth, few students felt the energy of the blessings as intense and growing, unlike the other times.
